If you have known me for a long time, you will know that I love crime thrillers. Some of my favorite TV shows are Bones, Dexter, The Killing and The Following. Heck, my dream would be to one day have my own motion picture company and produce crime/thriller movies and TV series, thus the reason I now work for a TV network. As I was watching some random Youtube video, I came across an advertisement for the new NBC series Hannibal. This looks promising. In this new drama from Bryan Fuller (“Pushing Daisies,” “Heroes”), we see where this incredible story began. I have always been a big fan of Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal and Red Dragon so it will be interesting to see the birth of Hannibal Lecter. In 2003 I went to school for 3 years to become a forensics pathologist but got side tracked into the world of graphic design. During this time I took many criminal classes, several Biology courses and attended 3 autopsies, but just could not retain Biology in my head. However, I think anything forensics will still be an interest to me. I hope the cinematography for Hannibal is amazing and the story is legit.
