Cinemagraphs were created by Jamie Beck and Kevin Burg and have an entire website devoted to this art. If you are not sure what Cinemagraph is, it’s simply an image that contains within itself a living moment that allows a glimpse of time to be experienced and preserved endlessly. When I first saw this I was blown away. When I learned how it was done, I couldn’t stop thinking about it so I spent a few all nighters trying to perfect it.
